Order

What size should I buy ?

If you're not sure which size is right for you, check out our size guides. These can usually be found in a table, in the last image of the product.

I can cancel my order ?

We understand perfectly, we also change our minds! Even though we would like to, once the order has been placed, we cannot cancel it at this time. However, we can change the order or create a voucher with the value to use in the future in our store.


If you don't like your item, you can always exchange it for another product.

How can I contact you to talk about my order ?

You can contact us via Instagram @mrsertha, website chat or via email hello@mrsertha.com. Iremwe will respond to you as soon as possible.

Where can I collect my order ?

Collections are currently only available at our physical store in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. If you choose the "collection" delivery method, you must collect it at: Largo Joaquim Magalhães 22, 4400-187 Vila Nova de Gaia.

Your articles are safe for children and babies ?

All of our products are certified safe for use by babies and children. Most of our products are made from organic materials and use non-toxic paints. Please check the product description or contact us for more information.

Shipments, exchanges and returns

We use CTT (National and International) Normal or Express carriers.

How can I follow my delivery ?

You can enter the tracking code on the CTT website: https://www.ctt.pt/particulares/index

For international shipments, you should use the same tracking code, but also search on the website of your local post office/carrier. For international shipments, CTT often subcontracts other carriers, but the tracking code is the same.

How long does my order take ?

As long as all products are in stock and not on pre-sale, we ship orders within 24 to 48 hours at the most.

If the order is national, you should receive it within 24-48 working hours after shipping.

If the order is for the European Union, you should expect the shipment to arrive between 5 to 7 working days after shipping.

Orders from outside the EU may take more than 15 working days to arrive.

Shipping times may be subject to other conditions beyond our control, such as weather conditions, war conditions and other exceptional cases that may cause delays in shipping orders.

What is the shipping policy ?

Once your order has been placed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that our processing team has received your order and what the tracking code is for it.

If you do not receive your tracking code, please contact us at hello@mrsertha.com.

Where they send the orders ?

We ship to all the world, including the islands of the Azores and Madeira.

Orders have associated shipping costs and this will be calculated at the end of the purchase.

We also offer free shipping to mainland Portugal and islands on orders over €60 and to the European Union on orders over €120.

Receção de Encomendas

No momento da receção da encomenda, é fundamental verificar o estado exterior da embalagem. Caso detete qualquer anomalia visível (como danos na embalagem, sinais de abertura ou violação), deverá:

- Recusar a encomenda no ato da entrega, solicitando a sua devolução ao remetente;

- Registar fotograficamente o estado da encomenda antes de a abrir, documentando qualquer dano visível.

A Mrs.Ertha não se responsabiliza por artigos em falta resultantes de danos na embalagem que não tenham sido devidamente assinalados no momento da receção.

What is the policy of exchanges ?

If you have already received your order and it has a problem or if for some reason you are not satisfied, you can exchange it within 15 days from the invoice date.

To make the exchange, send an email to hello@mrsertha.com, indicating the order number and the reference to be exchanged, so that we can forward your request. Once the email is sent, you can send the item back to our warehouse: 4400-187 Vila Nova de Gaia.

Shipping fees for exchanges are non-refundable, except in cases where returns are due to a defect in the item.

Shipping Refund

If the item is defective, to obtain a refund of the CTT postage, we ask that you send us the invoice with the order, including the postage cost and the company's NIF: 515136417.

Shipping must be done via regular mail (not express mail) and using lower value packaging. The receipt with the tax identification number must be sent together with the order for the refund to be made. We only refund the shipping costs for amounts up to €10.

What is the policy of returns ?

If you have already received your order and it has a problem or if for some reason you are not satisfied, you can return it within 15 days from the invoice date.

To make a return, you must send the order to Largo Joaquim Magalhães 22, 4400-187 Vila Nova de Gaia. After checking that the products are in good condition/have not been used, we will make the return within 15 working days.

Returns are made in store credit using a code with no expiration date for the value of the products. (not including shipping costs).

Return shipping fees are non-refundable. except in cases where returns are due to a defect in the item.
