Reimbursement policy

If you have already received your order and it has a problem or if for some reason you are not satisfied, you can exchange it within 15 days from the invoice date.  

To make the exchange, send an email to hello@mrsertha.com, indicating the order number and the reference to be exchanged, so that we can forward your request.  Once the email is sent, you can send the item back to our warehouse: Largo Joaquim Magalhães 22, 4400-187 Vila Nova de Gaia. You must choose the shipping option with tracking code so that your order is not lost. We only carry out returns/exchanges when the order arrives at our warehouse.

To get the refund of shipping costs in the exclusive case of articles with defect, You must include the company's NIF on the invoice: 515136417. The Shipping must be done via regular mail (not express mail) and using lower value packaging. The receipt with the tax identification number must be sent together with the order for the refund to be made. We only refund the shipping costs for amounts up to €10. 

THE MRS ERTHA has the right to refuse returns whose communication has been made outside the established period, in which the articles are not in the same conditions in which they were purchased or which are articles in which it is previously mentioned in the description of the same that we do not accept returns of that product.
