When making a purchase at MRS ERTHA, you have the following payment methods available: ATM, credit card, bank transfer and PayPal.

MBWAY

Simply enter your phone number and you will receive an order in the MB WAY app. Once you approve the payment in the app, your order will be paid and being processed.

ATM

When selecting this option, a multibanco reference is generated, which will be displayed on the screen when completing the order. 

This same reference will also be sent in the order confirmation email.  

CREDIT CARD

We have taken into account the security standards of online payments, and therefore Shopkit Pay also accepts payments with cards that have the 3D Secure method activated.

3D Secure is an important protocol that aims to increase the level of security by adding an additional confirmation step: after entering the card details, the customer is directed to a page where they must enter a code (token) that is sent via SMS.

BANK TRANSFER

The items are reserved for 3 days. If Mrs Ertha does not receive payment within this period, the order will be cancelled. To speed up the payment confirmation process, you can send us proof of the bank transfer, together with the number of the paid order, to hello@mrsertha.com

2. Shipping

  Orders are sent daily, except on local or national holidays, by the carrier CTT BOU Express. Deliveries are made within 24 - 48 hours, provided there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g. incorrect addresses, force majeure).

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order and are shown in the shopping cart.
If no one is at the address, the carrier will contact the customer via mobile phone and the customer can reschedule the delivery. CTT will make 3 delivery attempts. Resending orders that are returned due to the customer's absence at the destination address is the customer's responsibility.

3. Exchanges and Returns

If you have already received your order and it has a problem or if for some reason you are not satisfied, you can exchange it within 15 days from the invoice date.  

To make the exchange, send an email to hello@mrsertha.com, indicating the order number and the reference to be exchanged, so that we can forward your request.  

MRS ERTHA  has the right to refuse returns whose communication has been made outside the established period, in which the articles are not in the same conditions in which they were purchased or which are articles in which it is previously mentioned in the description of the same that we do not accept returns of that product.

4. Prices

The prices of the products displayed in the online store include VAT. Shipping fees are applied per order. 
The exact shipping fee price will depend on the country of delivery and the final weight of the order.
