Shipping policy

Orders are sent daily, except on local or national holidays, by the carrier CTT. Deliveries are made within 24h - 48h for mainland Portugal, provided there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g. incorrect addresses, force majeure).

Shipping costs vary according to the weight of the order and are displayed in the shopping cart. If no one is at the address, the carrier will contact the customer by telephone, where the customer can reschedule the delivery. There are 3 delivery attempts. Resending orders that are returned due to the customer's absence at the destination address is the customer's responsibility.

 

Shipping times to locations other than mainland Portugal may take between 5 and 15 working days.

Shipping to the Azores and Madeira islands:

Under normal conditions, for islands it is necessary to take into account
the following deadline estimates: 

    * By Sea -  which takes 5 to 7 business days to
main islands and 12 days for secondary islands.
   * Airway -  which takes 1 to 4 business days
to Funchal, 2 working days to main islands and 4 working days to
the secondary islands.

If there are adverse weather conditions, it is expected that
these deadlines are extended.

NOTE: When the order for PT Islands appears in Transit it means
who is on the Boat on the way to the destination island.
