Mrs.Ertha offers two methods of delivering orders:
1. Via CTT - All purchases are dispatched within 2 business days, and from the moment of dispatch they are delivered within one to three business days in mainland Portugal. Between three to five business days for the rest of Europe. And ten to fifteen business days for the rest of the world.
2. In-store pickup - If you select in-store pickup, the delivery time is 2 working days. You can pick up your order at our Cais de Gaia store in Portugal after receiving the order preparation confirmation email.
